Yeah, go ahead. I really liked the book but I haven't read anything else by him (or felt super-compelled to) or heard any big debate about him. Besides, my best friend/guy-buddy hated my favorite book so I'm not going to throw a fit about Coupland. The worst I do is go "Awwww, I didn't feel that way" and then sulk and go "I liked the book!" and then eventually get over it. :)
