I'm sorry - I guess I still haven't gotten over the Elliot Spitzer hysteria. At first, it does sound like it's a crummy thing to do, but apparently Elizabeth Edwards knew about it. Maybe they have an open marriage? Maybe the kid really isn't his? Maybe the woman in question wanted a child really badly and Edwards discussed it with his wife beforehand and she was OK with it? Anyway, the media being all over it is not going to make things any easier for Elizabeth Edwards.
