Well ...

Yeah, I don't know. It's weird because my drawing kind of stopped after I took a class. It's not that I was HORRIBLE in the class. (I think the instructor also taught like we were actual art students, not gen eds. So when I came in the first day and was told, "Draw your own hand ... don't use lines and use lots of shading!" I was like, "Urp!") I also had shitloads of trouble getting basic things like perspective and gradients. And I kind of figured, "Well, I COULD work on my art, but it's gotten to the point where it's hard, not fun, and I've already done that on writing, so I'll concentrate on that."

But then again, I drew my 12-page comic for a writing class the next year, so I'm not exactly staying away ...

I really liked drawing this, though, even though I can see some major problems with it. And I want to draw more based on that fanfic (like a 1-page, 9-panel comic of one of the scenes) so I don't know ... I may start a "draw every Saturday" tradition in January. My weekends are often kind of boring and depressing, so this may keep me happy.

(AND YES! You have to be ready for the movie! :-D)
