So, um ... my Windows Media Classic seems to be crapping out when I've been trying to play my Marimite subs that [livejournal.com profile] 47nite sent me. This actually isn't that big a deal because I downloaded the last two episodes of the Marimite OVA before, but I don't have the Omakes and ...

And sorry I can't help you with your problem. About the only thing I can say is to download the XviD version and play it with VLC, which is a pretty darn reliable player. It can play Mkvs as well, but you have to manually select subtitles, and it's sometimes fussy with mkv files.
