What I got in my inbox:

Could you please lock your post(s) on Owlblot?

... You know what, [livejournal.com profile] thdarkestknight? My life is too short and has too many real problems to deal with some image problem the comm is having. I'm in this fandom to have fun and because I want a space to play and whatever's going on, it's not conducive to me doing that.

[deletes her post advertising "Beg for It" and unsubscribes]

Stupid drama getting into my fun ... razzum frazzum ...

ETA: Sheesh, I just flounced in public, huh? Oh well, can't take it back, I guess ...

I wasn't thinking of fighting - I was simply trying to say "ignore the second message I sent to you".

Despite popular belief, I do not like to fight. And, whether you want to believe it or not, I do respect the authors'/artists' work, even if they do not respect/like me.

I meant it when I said it was a shame - good writing and artwork should not go unnoticed so I hope it finds a better home in the other Watchmen comm.s if that is your decision.

Okay.

First of all, the fanfic DOES have a home. It's called my fanfic journal. If anybody really wants to go read, hell, if YOU want to go read it, it's STILL THERE even if it doesn't have a link on your comm.

Second, it is very nice that you like my silly little superhero kissing story, but my problem with you right now is your behavior, and that would remain the same whether you thought it was the greatest thing ever written or the biggest pile of shit. And I appreciated your first response to me because you were polite, not because you were complimentary.

I don't think you like to fight, but I DO think that you're being a control freak and trying to put out what looks like a stove fire by knocking down the Hoover Dam. And I really would respect you more if you stopped worrying so much about whatever the hell is bugging you that you have to get others involved, especially if you're getting them involved while in MY personal journal. From where I was sitting, it seemed like you were polite to me but then snarking at one of my "guests."

If I'm wrong about that, I apologize. Like I said, I had trouble reading your tone. But I feel like this issue has been a huge drain on my time and energy today. I have no job. I am in the process of moving to another state. I really do not like the fact that you have pushed this into my life, and, to be quite honest, would rather you just leave me alone and take up whatever you feel like you have to take up with [livejournal.com profile] i_am_your_spy elsewhere at this point.
